He posted this in his log: "So overall total was 1660. My goal was 1650 for my first meet back so I was happy. It was a 57 lb improvement over my previous best meet total."
Insane considering the fact he was missing 25 lbs off of his DL. Had he gotten that 25 lbs, or even just a 5 lb PR putting him at 1690, he would be less than 20 lbs from the highest total in the USPAL Raw 220s (1708.5 lbs as of 3/21/10)....and he was only 210.6 lbs.
I think he can break that within another year or two depending on what shows he does next and how long he wants his offseason to be. I think he said he planned on going back up to 230 this offseason so I'd imagine it will be a while.
