I want to re-post these videos because I believe:
1) The RDL is an incredibly misunderstood exercise, and performed wrong by quite a few people that use it.
2) One of the major squat issues is not opening your knees enough. Time and time again I see squat videos posted with knees forward, inside of the toe angle, which generally causes the trainee to end up leaning forward too much as they strain to hit depth.
