These felt like a train wreck form wise, so i've posted the vid here in the 'Form Critique Thread'... I have always done then bb'er style with about 70kg, but I tried to do them more PL'er style as I want to use them to help my other lifts, rather than grow Platz esq hamstrings, but I kind got it all wrong, and I think it was a bit heavy... 80kgs felt OK but 100 was a mess
