Notes
One of the best arm pumps in a long time after workout tonight. I did get on the scale to weigh myself and it was at 191 lbs. Might be done 2 lbs, I know I'm slimming out as my 36" pants are getting bigger - might need 34". Only down side to losing weight is clothes get too baggy and then need to buy new ones. I'm not complaining though.
