Good squat day to start off cycle. Weights felt good. Hamstring was bothering me early on, but was able to push through it. Walk outs were smooth. Narrows have my back pumped, and I am sure I will be hurting tomorrow. Matt also had a great day in the gym, and I am sure he will talk about it in his log. I am working on the videos now. Will be saturday before I post them.
