My personal priorities are always:
1) Removing white poisons.
2) Limiting heavily processed foods.
3) Minimizing grans and legumes.
I think if you have the first 2 covered a little PB isn't that big of a deal on a semi-Paleo. I would go the natural PB route, or maybe even consider a natural almond or hazelnut butter if you want to lean more Paleo.
Overall I think the eating plan looks good.
