Default Thoughts on Peanut Butter and my diet tweaks

Peanut butter used to be a staple in my diet, but since starting a Paleo diet I have not really had any. So, I am starting to tweak my diet a little to get more calories and eat carbs before 2-3 in the afternoon. Next week I will be working overtime so I thought it may be easy to add a couple of PB sandwiches on wheat bread to pack for work. So, here is what I am thinking for a typical work day diet on workout days:

9 am Protein shake
Workout
11 am eggs, bacon, oatmeal
1 pm get to work, PB sandwich
3 pm mixed nuts, maybe a piece of fruit
5 pm a few ounces of meat ground beef or ham with some raw veggies
7:30 pm mixed greens salad with a large chicken breast, more raw veggies
10 pm protein shake
Midnight: almonds on my way home

What do you guys think? Where are the flaws?

I want to know everyone's thoughts on Peanut butter? Is it good bad? should it once again be a staple in my diet?
