I would include:
Push - Dips, Bench, Seated Shoulder Press, Triceps
Pulls - Chin-ups, Rows, Seated Db Cleans, Curls
Also include things for the low-back and abdominals, like; Pull-throughs, Back Raises, Seated GMs, Sit-ups, Sidebends, etc.
