So, let me see if I have this straight...

He is saying that narrow stance squats work the quads effectively but not so much the posterior. Wide stance squats work the quads just as effectively as the narrow stance but have the added benefit of also being effective for the posterior. Therefore you should work with a wide stance because it will help with both wide and narrow movements.

Did I understand it correctly?
