Notes
I had to take a couple of days off, really pulled something in my right arm. My arm and hand have been going numb on me, almost all day and really bad at night time when trying to sleep. Maybe pinched nerve? Been taking some Ibuprofen. And didn't work out until tonight. Took it easy tonight, didn't want to really push myself. Still felt really strong though, and didn't get tired whatsoever. Endurance is really up while on the MMv3.
