Default

Passed out on a squat set. Rested, drank a protein shake and then completed the session.

Got a shoulder impingement and couldn't press for around a month so I just trained lower body.

There isn't a single day that passes where I don't ache or hurt in a new and interesting way. Training through the minor pains and pushing past the niggles is how we progress.
