Military press- 3x8,6,4
Front squat- 3x8,6,4
Bench press- 3x8,6,4
*Training Notes
- When you can do all three sets at the same weight increase the poundage
- perform 2-3x a week on non-consecutive days
Modified Southwood program
Power clean- 5x3
Bench press- 3x8,6,4
Back Squat- 3x8,6,4
Military press- 3x8,6,4
