My favorite as well. I need to play with some more variations of controlled fatigue, cluster sets and rest-pause in the near future.
I don't like giant sets because it takes so long for my fitness level to catch up to the task.
I think I will be experimenting with some lighter set burns at the end of my workouts. Lower weight, higher reps, rest, then repeat.
