Doesn't matter when you do cardio, as long as you do it... and that's if you need to.
Layne never says DONT DO IT! IT DOESNT WORK! He just states that fat is oxidized at different periods of time between fasted and nonfasted cardio, either way its calories in vs calories out.
I myself enjoy fasted cardio and PERSONALLY see more results.
