Is he willing to go heavy on squats?

I have to be honest, by his response I am a bit hesitant to invest time. I would like to help, but I am concerned that my advice won't be taken as valued, but rather filtered to fit his preconceptions and beliefs.

Any chance he will post on the forum? Deadlifting doesn't just rule out deadlifting. It also rules out nearly all Olympic variations, RDL/SLDL variations, and quite possibly heavy bent over rows. If we pull heavy squats from this equation as well...
