Deltoid Flies: 110, 150, 180 x8
Single Arm overhead press: 20, 25, 25 x 10
Two handed press: 75, 85, 85 x8
Pressdowns (v-bar): 110, 150, 170 x 8
Rope Pressdowns: 70, 100, 100 x8
Stationary Bike: Random program, Level=5, Time: 20 minutes

Notes
Actually just got home from the gym, was a late night in the gym (had protein bar on way home as well as some string cheese). Took 2 tablets pre-workout approximately 30 minutes before I started. When first started felt stronger then usual, actually couple of lifts (in bold) were higher then last time I worked out Chest/Tris. Seems like the strength is starting to come on - which is good. Acne has almost stopped now. Haven't noticed any aggression, or other sides that a Methyl might have. So far so good....
