Today was first day back to gym after taking 3 days off. Gym not very busy but I sure was! Great workout today, just got back. Took my 2 tablet of the day, I'm spacing them out about 4 hours for a total of 4 per day for this log.
Not sure how long it will take before I start feeling or seeing any differences, but I will let everyone know.
