James Journey to fighting fat
Hi everyone my name is James, im currently 25 at 193 lb looking to cut until im at 180 then bulk up to around 200. I have been training for a year now but my previous workouts have been circuit training and full body programs. MY 7 day rest week is over tomorrow and i will be starting my split workout.
Monday- Legs
Tuesday - Arms
Wednesday- Rest, ab
Thursday- Back
Friday- Chest, shoulder
Saturday- rest
Sunday- rest
Hiit on Wednesday's. lit cardio 30 min before lifting weights and 30 min after weights. My rep scheme will be around 8-10 reps.
