For me it was the forums. You've always got people posting "critique my form" videos or instructional videos. I just payed close attention to what everybody had to say and found there were common threads between them. I just chose a couple of things to focus on at a time, and continued to practice those couple of things until I got them down. Then I added a couple of more things to focus on. The benefit was that once my form improved, my strength improved.
