turkey-pepperoni and cheese
tuna right out of the can (can it get any easier)
Chunk of smoked salmon (just got easier)
I do the protein brownie/muffin/pancake thing sometimes
Shrimp, shrimp and more shrimp
Sometimes I have scallops with my shrimp
Sometimes I wrap my scallops and shrimp in bacon
meatloaf stuffed with cheese
Ham steak
Pork chop smothered in sauteed/grilled onions
I have frozen protein drinks in popsicle molds -great in the summer
Olives added to anything make it betterer
Grilled squash, mushroom, pearl onion, garlic clove, cherry tomato, pepper, kabaabs
(sometimes you can find these veggies already prepared in the market - just put them on a stick and add fire)
Of course you have chicken/turkey in all of its various forms
that should get you through a coupla weeks
