It was suggested during an informal physician visit that hormonal or testosterone deficit would explain poor sleep quality, mood swings and a few other things. Been bouncing the idea that mine might be low for a while. I'll have to decide whether to continue the supplement after the first bottle or stop and see if there is a regression.
