i Knew I would have extra strength with all the muscle building food I ate today. Squats were ATG and felt great, Im going to cont. to progress from where I am but fell I could have went a little heavier. I just want to make sure form stays strict.
Took 3 scoops of Scivation NOVEM 30 min before session

Straight leg dead lifts went up on weight on first set so I did not have to swap again.

Bent over barbell rows had extra in me so went for it

70 lbs cable crunch's 3 sets of 10 70 lbs on my lat tower is equal to over 100 lbs on most lat towers
side knee lifts on power tower= 2 sets of 10 to each side= abs screaming for mercy after cable crunchs
This was an awsome work out, total time 1 hr 30 minutes. Could have went quicker but 6 year old twins lifted with us. video of that to come
I knew I would have more in me but I really feal I have been having a little more on shoulder press and rows for a while but did not want to mess up progression.
Finished this session off with 3 sets of 15(35lb) kettle bell swings. My legs and abs could not take any more, I thought I would puke so I called it good.
Now its eat and rest time
