Im not sure i know he loved to do weighted dips and combined oly lifting with regular bodybuilding.. I found this, that is apparently one of the workouts he used, but how many times per week he did it, or reps/sets he did i am unsure..

Abs
Day Two:
Bench Press
Chins
Deadlifts
Calf Raises
Looks pretty solid to me
