BruteForce: Power Overwhelming
Thought I would get a log started up here. Yeah, maybe the title is a bit much, but I'll grow into it. Not doing my usual lifts today, letting my shoulder heal up first. Tomorrow I'm going to try deadlifts and see how it goes.
Current Maxes:
Bench:215
Squat:275
Deadlift:405
Next week am re-evaluating maxes and am hoping to break into the 900# club
My Paleo cut is going fantastically right now. Got numbers back from a measurement based body fat calculation from a good fellow, and am happy to see that I don't seem to be losing muscle on this cut. Numbers follow

Your body fat percentage = 26%
Your total body fat = 68.90 lbs
Your fat free mass = 196.10 lbs
this week
Second set:
Your body fat percentage = 22%
Your total body fat = 55.66 lbs
Your fat free mass = 197.34 lbs
Not bad for a month and a half.
