Yes, something like this. I drink coffee all morning, and have whey in my coffee. I drink it out of a big shaker. It's more like having creamer in my coffee because it's not really thick at all.
After my workout I have a big dinner and eat until satiety, and about 2 hours later a snack - which could be cheese and sausage, fruit, tomatoes, almonds, etc.
I have a pretty slow metabolism due to age and the fact I sit all day for work, so I can't really eat much during the day as it is. I am just rarely hungry.
