Why reinvent the wheel? You could just run SS or a modified version of SS. Use SS exercise selection A&B setup, change the progression scheme/intensity, change it to 5x5 and you'll still have a decent program.
SS has the exercises that your program lacks, and yet its still simple. And if you want my input on that, add situps and back extensions to help keep your back healthy.
