Bench- 135x4 (arm still hurts from pitching the other day)
dropped to 95x5/5
Deadlifts- 135x5 185x5 225x5
I threw 110 pitches the other day, needless to say my right side of my upper body is pretty sore still. dropped the weight on bench, will be back up next time. Squats and deads went well though. I think my knees are traveling a little too much during squats, any other comments?
