My goals for 2010, hmm let's see......
1) Get my personal trainer cert.
2) Be cut and ready for my first show in May.
3) Be more involved in my childrens lives ( if that's possible)
4) Bench 280.
5) Shoulder press 150lbs.
6) Squat 300 ATG.
