Default 24 June 2011

B4ULS - Upper B - Week 2 - Round 1
Pullups - BWx3, BWx3, BWx3, BWx2 = 11 total - PB
DB BOR - 75x10 - 4 sets
OHP - Bar x10, 75x6 - 3 sets
Rear Delt Lat Raises - 15x10 - 4 sets
Dips - BW+10 x 15, BW+10 x 12, BW+10 x 10, BW+10 x 10 = 47 total - PB
Barbell Curl - 68x10 - 4 sets - sweet!

I declared total victory over the weights today in a great session! This Big 4 split has really got me motivated again!

BOR's - my grip fails on the last sets, so I set it down for a second, then continue to make my reps.

Edit: Also did some bosa ball balance "training" while resting between sets. My balance can really use some work.
