I'm going to be using Starting Strength by Mark Rippetoe for the duration of the summer, here's the plan
Day A
Squat 3x5
Bench 3x5
Deadlift 1x5
Day B
Squat 3x5
Standing Barbell Press 3x5
Power Cleans 5x3
In order to hit a 800 total my workset weight goals are:
Squat: 245x5 (20 lbs over PR)
Bench: 155x5 (10 lbs over PR)
Deadlift: 285x5 (10 lbs over PR)
I want to hit these weights before September 1st. I'm
very confident that I'll be able to do it.
