well yesterday was a circuit training day os sorts
trying to get my leg back in shape as it is a little screwed up. so I only did dead lifts and squats back and forth
I was doing squats on an exercise ball with light weight no more that 185 for reps of 10-15 just past parallel. and dead lifts which I just started doing as I have always had a weak back .
switching back and forth with no rest as my wo partner was doing the same . we did around 10 sets then finished off with calves
I will have my Leviathan reloaded / reset as log up by Monday . I have already started it and am very pleased with the fast results
today was an off day cheated in diet
