Don't be afraid of some (some non all lol ) simple carbs on re-feed days. This tricks the system into thinking its back in normal mode and starts to run faster again. Then the following days your back in the burning stored energy game.
Remember this:
Hunger pains are your body trying to tell you it wants to store. ITS NOT that you are truly hungry.
When you get the H/P's your body is tapping into stored energy.
As long as you hit your macro's you have your needs filled nutrition wise and are just doing a small tap into store fuel.
So:
Hunger pains = burning stores. Think of this and it helps carry you threw them harder days.
