This is exactly the point to which I was referring earlier. You are taking something where you don't feel anything, but you BELIEVE works. I wonder just how many of the supplements (besides protein, creatine and gear) really do much of anything. I wonder if the whole industry is just riding a huge wave of our collective placebo effects.
