Overall good workout, Bench and Rows felt great with good form. Thed last set of squats i felt like my form kind of fell apart. Felt like i wasnt going as low and like i couldnt get myself to down past parallel. Gonna get my dad to help me with my form on wednesday and may keep this weight for fridays triple just to try and keep my form good.
