Yep, they seem to still promote that view, dieticians in particular. I did some research, some time ago now and found a piece that stated that the integrity of the cell walls (heart) are aided by saturated fats whereas polyunsaturates which many people were/are consuming in excess of monounsaturates jeopardize the integrity of the cell walls...so, 5% saturates and about 10-15% polyunsaturates (15% max)with the rest coming from monounsaturates seems to be the ideal ratio.
