Default Fehu Uruz

This is my new log. It will begin by the 1st of June, sooner if I can get into the doc and be approved to train at work before then. Its title comes from two runes in the ancient Norse alphabet, these are the modern F and U. Aside from the obvious modern context of these letters they represent energy, foresight, creation/destruction (becoming) and physical strength and speed, untamed potential to my Viking ancestors. My plan is simple, I will train at work since I have my child on my days off and she has to be my priority so my workouts then will be walking with her on my shoulders to the park and playing with her.
To that end, my routine will basically be like this:
Wednesdays that I work - Bench (all 3 grip variations), weighted dips, press downs and ab wheel
or
Wednesdays that I have off - Elevated pushups (all 3 hand placements), seated dips, DB triceps extensions, and ab wheel

Thursdays - Deadlift (alternating between standard, deficit, and rack pulls from week to week), leg curls, calf presses, and cable crunches

Fridays – Overhead presses (military, BTN, and/or clean n’ press), pull-ups (weighted as much as possible), curls, and shrugs, and ab wheel

Saturdays – Squats, leg curls, calf presses, and cable crunches

I’m glad to be coming back and am really happy that I am now living MY life. Stay tuned.
