Workout A 12/4/09
today was an amazing workout. I actually had to double check to make sure i was using a 45 lb bar not a 15 lb. one cause the weights felt light...
also i started talking with this guy there who's pretty ripped and we were giving eachother spots and he told me i had perfect form on the bench press which really pumped me up cause i've been working on it for so long... anyways enough of this lets get to the workout:
Squats: 3x5x160 (really perfected form total ATG ass touched calves)
Bench: 3x5x130
Rows: 3x5x110
Curls: 2x8x55 PR
the most i've ever squated was 3x5x165 and my form was no where near as good as it is now so i'm happy about that
my bench PR is 1x5x135 and my three sets of 130 were a breeze today so i'm psyched to put up 135 next week and set that PR, rows were good as usual and hit the curls PR so i had a great day at the gym
