Awesome session once again!!! I'm paying the price today as I am as sore as I have ever been, but a good sore of course I felt so amazingly solid on the 531 sets - my core was like a rock - tons of power allowed me to slowly lower the weight. I had full control throughout the sets - more so than I have ever felt before.

The singles were so good, I'm going to add weight on week 3. If you remember, I failed on my 3rd single on week 3 of last cycle and hurt my quad (thankfully healed up real quick). This time, no chance-the 3rd single went up just as smooth as the others - no struggle whatsoever.

The 1.25 squats were amazing. The depth in the vid is the deepest I can possibly go. I reckon I am still coming up to far on the quarters, but when I'm doing them it doesn't feel like I'm coming up much at all.

The RDL's were just amazingly strong. I got tired of pulling in the 200's, so I slapped on 300 lbs, then thought WTF, I'm going for 3 PPS and I did it. They were hard as hell and hurt, but it's a good hurt of course. The GHR's really deep fried my hammies beyond recognition.

This has been my best squat session ever. This week is turning into the best lifting week I have ever had. Something happened during my deload - my strength is just unreal
