Very good advice posted by all here. Listen to them and learn. Probably not what you wanted to hear, but it is all true never the less. Right now your body is producing boatloads of testosterone. Now's the time to take advantage of it. You don't need any help other than hard training, big eating, and lots of sleep.
I will add one thing though. Just to keep things in perspective for you. You're 16 now. This is the PERFECT time to start. Some top pros (Olympia contenders, juiced, natural, etc.) don't hit their stride until their 30's. This is gonna take some dedication, but it will be well worth it.
