Wendler's is flawed when it comes to one rep max prep. I just believe it is a healthy alternative for powerlift's and compund movements to be cycled on and off. I am going to re test all my maxes, devote to wendler, add in heavy partials in when I feel good, and DELOAD on DELOAD week.
