been real busy recently...here are some workouts
Wednesday:
Deadlifts-
225x5x3
Chin-ups (dead hang)-
BWx5/4/3
Dips
BWx10/6/5
Weighted Decline Abs
20x12x2
Friday:
started a workout with db bench got up to 60x6 and did some db rows with 50 lbs but then had to leave unexpectedly. i'll be hitting it extra hard tomorrow to make up for it
