yeah i had to stop lifting for like 6-7 weeks so i lost a bit of strength

and here it goes:

Squat racks were taken so i started with bench today

Bench Press-
45x8
95x5
135x5/5/5

didn't lose much strength here, impressed myself

Squats-
45x8
95x5
135x5
185x5/5/5


hit all 3 sets this time without much of a problem, awesome

BB Rows-
95x10/10/10 added a few reps here, up 5 pounds for next week

BTN Press-
75x10/10/10 probably gonna keep this here for next week

chest is already sore haha, i guess that's what happens when you don't like for a month and a half
