Fitness I would have to say one of my favorites is the obsession that too much/too little masterbation impacts muscle gains. Whether it does or doesn't I could care less about...what I am talking about here is an obsessive infatuation by some guys that their compulsive self-indulgence is limiting their gains more than their poor diet or poor training habits.
