I agree that it's not feasible to, for example, squat everyday unless you also have the added benefits of being a competitive Oly lifter; namely sponsorship from your government and pretty much all day to train, eat, and sleep.
What I'd take away from the Bulgarian line of training is that your body is capable of adapting to a shit-ton of work. Beyond that, I'm still training my way.
Like Bruce Lee said: "Adapt what is useful, abandon what is useless, and add what is your own."
