Standing leg curls-- 35x15/ 45x15x2 sets/ 55x15
SLDL-- 185x10x4 sets
Seated leg ext.-- 135x20x4 sets/ 135x17
Leg press-- 435x20x2 sets/ 455x20
Squat-- 315x10/ 365x10/ 375x10--- bring the smoke, i could feel the puke creeping up into my throat as i was walking to the locker room.... boy that was an insaine freaking leg workout... i didnt do calf raises as i was running late and needed to get home.....
