nice article Steve... Have you ever read the article by the guy who lived on McD's for a month and trained and GAINED muscle, that was in oposition to the Supersize me rubbish.
He ate McD's every day (going through the whole menu) he dropped fat and gained muscle i think with training, proving its not just the food but the lifestyle you lead.
