Yesterday's workout felt decent and productive. Benching movements went smooth and relatively pain free. It was the cable push-downs that were painful. So once again it was a light training session, hope to heal this painful shoulder so that I am able to crush some serious weights soon.
BW @ 4AM today was at a new low of 302!
