I'm still using the same low rep progression as before. I'm more consolidating the rest of my madness into a full body because I have never really tried a full body approach.
I have been reading a lot about old time strongmen like Hepburn and Anderson, and their training approach has challenged my thinking to the point where I wanted to try a non-split routine once before I die.
I am a "firsthand experience" junkie. I hate talking about things I've never tried.
