Moar is MOAR! Before you start various training programs and ask a billion questions on percentages, variations, can I mix westside with 5/3/1 then taper off to the Texas method, for 4 weeks then alternate Ed Coan's program every other week with the Bendict Magnusson/Travis Ortaymer routine with my Bench Work.....................STOP right there, and lock yourself in a dungeon and just lift some F'ing weights! Do this for a full month, 3-4 days a week non-stop, bring the focus and intensity, no looking in mirrors, no pre-set numbers, just lift some f'ing weights and learn how your body works. Once you gain and understanding for you body, you will answer your own questions!
