My overhead presses were very light. I added 5 pounds to the bar and nailed ll my reps easily. I tried hang cleans and they were a little awkward on the joints. I might stick with them for a while and give them a chance. I tend to avoid exercises that the bicep tie-ins.
Deadlifts felt light. Hang cleans were aerobic. 6 reps and I felt like a fat man sprinting to a buffet.
